The browser that you are using does not support JavaScript, or it works incorrectly.

Are you using IE with Microsoft Office installed?
 Turn off the Discussion Bar when using GainsKeeper. The Discussion Bar appears by clicking the Discuss icon on View -> Explorer Bar -> Discuss.  
Are you using a browser that doesn't support JavaScript?
 If your browser does not support JavaScript, you can upgrade to a newer browser,  such as Internet Explorer 6.  
Do you have JavaScript disabled?
- If you have JavaScript disabled, you must enable it to use GainsKeeper. 
To enable JavaScript
 Internet Explorer 6:
 
- The best way to allow Javascript is to set the security level to Medium.

Internet Explorer 5.x (Windows):
       
       - From the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
       
 - Click the Security tab.
       
 - Click the Custom Level... button.
       
 - Within the Settings window, scroll down
        to the Scripting section and click Enable under Active Scripting, then
        click OK.
       
 - Click OK to finish. JavaScript is now
        enabled.

      Internet Explorer 4.x (Windows):
       
       - From the View menu, click Internet
        Options.
       
 - Click the Security tab.
       
 - Click the Custom (for expert users)
        button. Then click Settings.

 - Click OK to finish. JavaScript is now
